Our Philosophy

At MJS Investors, our Real Estate division explores opportunities across the spectrum, from raw land to established properties. With more than 50 years of combined experience spanning residential and multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial assets, we bring the expertise to evaluate diverse opportunities throughout the greater Seattle area and the West Coast. As a local, privately owned company, we offer the flexibility to structure deals in ways that work best, from traditional purchase and sale agreements to debt and equity financing, as well as creative partnership arrangements.

    MMCS Headquarters

    MJS acquired a 21,350 sf industrial/flex building in Redmond Washington. Improvements to the building were completed in the months following the acquisition. The building currently serves as headquarters for MM Comfort Systems (MMCS), a MJS portfolio company.
