MJS Investors is a family-owned real estate development and investment firm founded by Mike Miller. With over 50 years of combined experience, we focus on property acquisition and development along the West Coast, as well as strategic investments in operating businesses. We approach every project with the care, focus, and discipline of a privately held company.

  • Jeff Miller

    Jeff manages the day-to-day operations and investment decisions for MJS Real Estate Division. Early in his career, Jeff spent three years in public accounting working primarily in the construction and real estate advisory group.

    Prior to MJS, Jeff spent several years with a public homebuilder serving as its Director of Acquisitions and Multi-Family Development. 

    Jeff earned an accounting degree from Washington State University and a Masters of Business Administration.

    Jay manages the day to day operations and investments of MJS Private Capital division. Prior to MJS, Jay spent four years playing professional baseball with the Philadelphia Phillies and later worked for several years with restructuring firm Alvarez and Marsal where he consulted on large corporate Bankruptcy and Settlement cases.

    Jay earned an accounting degree from Washington State University and a Masters in Business Administration.

    Outside of work, Mr. Miller is actively involved with Moving Beyond 12, a non-profit organization supporting under privileged inner-city youth and their pursuit of athletics and post 12-year education. Mr. Miller is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Seattle Chapter.

    Mike advises both the Real Estate and Private Capital divisions for MJS Investors. As founder and CEO of the Intracorp group of companies, Mike has over 30 years of Real Estate and Private Equity experience in the Puget Sound region and throughout the west coast.

    Mike has a B.A. in accounting from University of Montana

  • Ron Wilkowski

    Ron leads business development for the Private Capital division.   Prior to MJS, Ron spent 30 years in debt capital markets focused on providing growth capital and acquisition financing.  Ron has an Economics degree from the University of Washington, an MBA from Seattle University and passed the CPA Exam.

    Outside of work, Ron has actively supported the Pacific Northwest non-profit community and currently serves on the board of the Seattle Theater Group.

    As Vice President of Development for MJS Real Estate division, Rob manages all real estate investments from due diligence and entitlements to the acquisition and improvement of existing assets. In his career, Rob has held various management roles with both public and private home builders/developers focused in both single-family and multifamily development. 

  • Andrew Rockwell

    As Vice President of Acquisitions for MJS Real Estate Division, Andrew is responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining MJS, Andrew obtained regional experience acquiring single-family and multifamily development sites while working for public homebuilders as a Director of Acquisitions.

    Daniel Hirsty

    Daniel supports the firm’s oversight of its investment in Real Estate and Private Capital. He started his career at BHP Billiton in the finance & accounting department. Prior to MJS, Daniel spent seven years with the Broadmark family of funds in investment banking and real estate private credit. There he supported a SPAC IPO the companies, served as the Chief Credit Officer of newly listed BRMK, and later aided the merger with a competing Mortgage REIT. 

    Daniel earned a Political Economics degree from the University of Washington and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas. He holds a CPA license and is a CFA charterholder. 

    Outside of work, Daniel serves on committees of Salal Credit Union’s Board and is a member of Seattle’s Design Review Board. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and reading.
