MJS investors Real Estate division seeks opportunities to invest in a variety of properties from raw land to existing assets. With over 50 combined years of experience in various asset classes including residential/multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial, MJS is able to quickly and accurately evaluate a broad range of potential opportunities in the greater Seattle area and along the west coast. Being a local, privately owned company, MJS is flexible and willing to consider multiple transaction types including traditional purchase and sale agreements, debt and equity financing, and various partnership structures.

MJS is in the entitlement and design process for a 56-unit townhome development located in the City of Duvall. Finished homes will range from 1,600-2,200 sf including 3- & 4-bedroom plans designed by local architects. Please inquire for more information.

MMCS HEADQUARTERS

MJS acquired a 21,350 sf industrial/flex building in Redmond Washington. Improvements to the building were completed in the months following the acquisition. The building currently serves as headquarters for MM Comfort Systems (MMCS), a MJS portfolio company.

Pinewood Residential

Pinewood Residential is a single-family infill builder operating predominantly on the eastside building high-end speculative and presale homes in Kirkland, Bellevue and Redmond. MJS Partnered with Pinewood in 2020 providing the company with growth capital to expand its current operations.

Intracorp

MJS Investors was a founding managing partner of Intracorp Real Estate U.S. Founded in 1992, Intracorp grew from a small Seattle builder to a major west coast urban developer with offices in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Honolulu. Intracorp was a west coast pioneer in the development of urban housing, including townhomes, midrise/ highrise condominiums, and high-density apartments. The company developed over 4 Billion in real estate over the last 25 years. MJS sold its investment in Intracorp in 2018 to focus its efforts on the expansion of its family office.
